We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the number of books ordered.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, postal service delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.​

Customers outside Canada may purchase through Amazon where available.

 

​Refunds & Damaged Items

Due to the nature of books and printed products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Upon review, a refund or replacement copy may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect readability

• Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear

• Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
